This past week has been a whirlwind with packing, moving and traveling! But it’s Tuesday and I’m excited to be writing from the road instead of my office chair in my den. I’m sitting here on my iPad watching the farmland of America pass us by (as my husband drives of course).
The Midwest is amazingly beautiful this time of year. Everything is lush and green. The weather is warm but not to hot or muggy. The sun has been shinning and we’ve had blue skies.
Our little journey hasn’t been easy at times, but we have had some great moments this past week that I’m thankful for!
I was creative in the kitchen this past week by using the last remaining ingredients in the fridge, to make this very delicious breakfast pie.
It was fun to watch my little buddy play with his friends the day before we left.
Visiting family along the way was such a blessing!
And here, my husband and I enjoyed playing in a park with our Little Buddy after a long morning of driving.
We are thankful for all the packers and movers who have helped us. The love and prayers we received during our move. And we are grateful for all the fun moments in our super busy week!
Rejoice always, pray continually and give thanks in all circumstances for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. Have a wonderful Tuesday everyone!
I’d love to hear what you are thankful for today. Please share in the comments!
