On the Menu for the Week of March 25th

This weeks menu is brought to you today by my freezer, pantry and refrigerator. I didn’t do much shopping this week except for produce.  My little weekly adventures of freezer cooking is paying off this week in my menu plan!  Here is what’s cookin’ (or defrosting) this week.

Breakfast

Granola, Yogurt and Strawberries x2

Quiche and Fruit Salad –  I’ll be using this recipe for the crust and this recipe for the filling.

Overnight Oats and Pears x2

Biscuits, Gravy and Stawberries ( I found these two recipes and my hubby and little buddy love it!)

Scrambled Eggs, Pumpkin Carrot Cake Muffin and Kiwi

Lunch

Coconut Kiwi Shake and Tuna Melt

Mac n Cheese and Peas

PB&J and Carrots

 Dinner

Slow cooker pork loin carnita tacos with Chimicuhurri Sauce

Chicken Enchiladas and Spanish rice

Pasta Bake, Salad and Artisan Bread

BBQ Chicken Sandwiches and mixed veggies

Eggplant Mini Pizzas and Salad

Salsa Chicken, mixed veggies and Artisan Bread

Dinner out
