Our Menu for the Week of October 8, 2012
Our monthly meal plan is working out very well. Even though it was a learning process for me to make our menu for the whole month, it’s been very nice to have the house stocked, everything planned and freezer cooking almost done.
My hope for doing all this work at the beginning of the month was to allow more time to do some very fun things this month: visit family, attend my brothers wedding, host a busy bag swap and enjoy some fall festivities (pumpkin patch, buy fall flowers and corn maze).

- Muffins, fruit and hard boiled eggs x 2
- Breakfast burritos
- Yogurt, granola and fruit x 2
- Pancakes and fruit
- Out to breakfast
- Chili cheese dogs and mac n cheese
- Salsa chicken tacos
- Stuffed shells and salad
- Grilled chicken and tossed salad
- Italian beef subs and mixed veggies
- Homemade pizza
- Dinner with family
- Smoothies and crackers
- Apple slices and milk
- pears and apples
